Baylee is joining our center as a Behavioral Health Specialist, and we are so grateful to have her expertise, compassion, and support as part of our team. She will be working hands-on with our children, teachers, and potentially families to help us better understand behaviors, the “why” behind them, and the best ways we can support every child’s individual needs.
At our center, we believe behavior is communication, and having a strong support system helps children feel safe, understood, and successful. Baylee will help guide us in creating positive strategies, strengthening classroom support, and continuing to build an environment where every child can thrive. 🌱✨
A Little About Baylee
- Education: Earned a Master of Social Work from Boise State University.
- Credentials: Currently a Certified Social Worker (CSW) with clinical licensure (LCSW) expected by the end of this month.
- Clinical Focus: I specialize in child and youth development, with a deep passion for neuro-inclusive support and helping families navigate behavioral challenges together.
